Fast Track Pole Program

 
 

OPTION 1: Fast Track Pole Program 1:1

The Fast Track Pole Program is a 4 month intensive program, meeting three times a week for private, personalized lessons to focus on what you are most passionate about learning on the pole!

It is geared towards anyone interested in pole (even if you have never taken a class before) that are super pumped about learning a lot and progressing quickly in a shorter amount of time!

The program is crafted to fit whatever YOU want. It could be strictly focused on one thing or a combination of all; pole tricks, building strength, pole dancing/flow/sexy, exotic style, floor work, improvisation, flexibility, etc.

Consistency is key and that is a huge part of what will make this program work.

It will also hold you accountable for what you say you want, will possibly get you in the best shape of your life, and you will fall in love with the beauty that is pole dancing!

I feel extremely confident that this program is the fastest, most efficient and thorough way to achieve your fast track goals.

If you want to soak it all up, learn as much as possible in a concentrated amount of time and get results this is for you. There is no way that this program will not provide that! It is designed specifically for that. If the fast track is what you want, the fast track is what you will get!

 

OPTION 2: Small Group Fast Track Program

The Small Group Fast Track Program is also a 4 month intensive program meeting 3 times a week. But instead of one on one, the program meets collectively as a group.

Only 4 students per program! That means there will be lots of opportunity for individual attention and lots of time for me to get to know each student's strengths and what still needs work, which will speed up your progress! 

Similar to the one on one Fast Track program I will find out what the group is most interested in focusing on throughout the four months.

It could be any combination of pole tricks, pole flow, spin pole, exotic pole, floor work and tricks. We would keep the schedule consistent each week with a curriculum that builds upon itself making sure each week you’re getting stronger, sexier, more fluid or whatever other goals you and the group have. 

You will learn and grow so much from the super focused curriculum, from the consistency, and from each other!

This also might be a great option for you if you’re really itching to get back to pole but are wanting to limit the amount of people you are around. 

If you are looking for a little more individualized attention, more structure, more consistency, and something that will hold you accountable I can not stress enough how great this program would be for you!
